Refund, Return, Shipping, and Warranty Policy
1. Refund Policy
At equipyoursalon.com, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our customer service team at equipyoursalon@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
2. Return Policy
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect or damage, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our customer service team at equipyoursalon@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
For returns due to customer preferences or reasons not related to defects, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns initiated by the customer for non-defective reasons.
If the return is due to a defect or damage, return shipping costs will be covered by Equip Your Salon and no restocking fee will be applied as well. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you will be issued a refund minus the restocking fee (if applicable). Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original method of payment.
3. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 5-7 business days for standard shipping.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. If you need expedite your shipping, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at equipyoursalon@gmail.com.
International Shipping
For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
4. Warranty Policy
All Equip Your Salon products are covered by a 90-day manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. During this time, we will replace or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team at equipyoursalon@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Limited Equipment Part Warranty:
- Hydraulic Pump: 1 Year
- Frame & Base: 1 Year
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
